Our CNC/VMC Machine Shop is the backbone of our precision manufacturing capabilities, equipped with the latest technology and a wide range of high-performance machines. With over 20 CNC Turning Machines (Ace, LMW) and state-of-the-art VMC machines including Hass and ACE with auto pallet changers, we are able to manufacture complex and high-accuracy components with exceptional efficiency. Each machine is designed to handle critical tolerances, intricate geometries, and high-volume production requirements, ensuring reliable solutions for automotive, industrial, and engineering sectors.The facility is integrated with a centralised conveyor system for scrap removal and cutting oil circulation, enabling a clean, organized, and efficient shop floor environment.
Our Cutting Shop is equipped with advanced machinery designed to handle raw materials with maximum efficiency and accuracy. The shop houses 8 Automated Bandsaw Machines (Dipkala Engineering Works) and 2 Circular Saw Machines (ITL), ensuring precise cutting of billets and bars of different sizes. With automated operations, we achieve consistent accuracy, reduced wastage, and faster production cycles. The facility is supported by a 5 Ton Overhead Crane (Top Crane) for easy handling and movement of heavy raw materials, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations. Each material undergoes 100% spark testing and full-length colour coding before cutting, which guarantees the traceability and quality of input material.

Packing plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe handling and delivery of forged and machined components. At our facility, we follow international packing standards to protect products from damage during storage, transit, and handling. Every component is cleaned, inspected, and packed with utmost care to maintain its quality and finish. We use durable materials such as wooden crates, corrugated boxes, bubble wraps, and protective coatings to prevent rust, scratches, or mechanical damage.For export consignments, we adopt fumigated wooden packaging and weatherproof wrapping to withstand long-distance shipping and climatic variations.
