Our Raw Material Yard, with a capacity of 400 tons, is the backbone of our production process. It is designed to ensure uninterrupted material availability for forging and machining operations. Every material received undergoes 100% spark testing to verify its grade and quality. To maintain traceability and easy identification, we follow full-length colour coding on all raw material stocks.
Our In-house Die Shop is one of the core strengths of our manufacturing setup, enabling us to design, develop, and maintain dies and punches with precision and efficiency. Equipped with modern tools, machines, and skilled manpower, the facility ensures that every die is crafted to meet exacting standards of durability and accuracy. By having this facility in-house, we achieve greater flexibility, reduced lead times, and enhanced cost-effectiveness for our customers.
Our Forging Shop is equipped with advanced technology and infrastructure to manufacture high-strength and durable components for diverse industrial applications. With modern forging presses, hammers, and ring rolling facilities, we are capable of producing components that meet the most demanding engineering requirements.We handle a wide range of raw materials and use strict testing methods, including 100% spark testing and full-length colour coding, to ensure quality right from the start.
Our Heat Treatment Shop is a fully equipped facility designed to enhance the mechanical properties and performance of forged and machined components. With advanced furnaces and modern process controls, we carry out a wide range of heat treatment operations that improve hardness, toughness, ductility, and wear resistance. Each process is carefully monitored to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to international quality standards.The shop is equipped with multiple furnaces capable of handling both small and large batch production. We follow controlled heating and cooling cycles, ensuring uniformity across every component.
Shot Blasting is a mechanical surface treatment process used to clean, strengthen, or polish metal components. It involves propelling a stream of abrasive material, commonly steel shots or grits, at high velocity onto the surface of a workpiece. This process effectively removes rust, scale, paint, and other surface contaminants, leaving the component clean and ready for further processing. In the forging and machining industry, shot blasting plays a vital role in improving surface quality and enhancing the durability of components. It also helps in creating a uniform surface texture, which is essential for better adhesion of coatings, paints, or other surface treatments.
Our CNC/VMC Machine Shop is the backbone of our precision manufacturing capabilities, equipped with the latest technology and a wide range of high-performance machines. With over 20 CNC Turning Machines (Ace, LMW) and state-of-the-art VMC machines including Hass and ACE with auto pallet changers, we are able to manufacture complex and high-accuracy components with exceptional efficiency. Each machine is designed to handle critical tolerances, intricate geometries, and high-volume production requirements, ensuring reliable solutions for automotive, industrial, and engineering sectors.The facility is integrated with a centralised conveyor system for scrap removal and cutting oil circulation, enabling a clean, organized, and efficient shop floor environment.
Our Cutting Shop is equipped with advanced machinery designed to handle raw materials with maximum efficiency and accuracy. The shop houses 8 Automated Bandsaw Machines (Dipkala Engineering Works) and 2 Circular Saw Machines (ITL), ensuring precise cutting of billets and bars of different sizes. With automated operations, we achieve consistent accuracy, reduced wastage, and faster production cycles. The facility is supported by a 5 Ton Overhead Crane (Top Crane) for easy handling and movement of heavy raw materials, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations. Each material undergoes 100% spark testing and full-length colour coding before cutting, which guarantees the traceability and quality of input material.
Our Inspection & Testing Laboratory is the backbone of our quality assurance system, ensuring that every forged and machined component meets the highest industry standards. Equipped with advanced instruments and a dedicated team of quality engineers, the laboratory carries out rigorous checks at every stage of production. From raw material inspection with 100% spark testing to dimensional accuracy and metallurgical analysis, each process is monitored with precision. Full-length colour coding and traceability are maintained to guarantee reliability and consistency across all batches.
Packing plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe handling and delivery of forged and machined components. At our facility, we follow international packing standards to protect products from damage during storage, transit, and handling. Every component is cleaned, inspected, and packed with utmost care to maintain its quality and finish. We use durable materials such as wooden crates, corrugated boxes, bubble wraps, and protective coatings to prevent rust, scratches, or mechanical damage.For export consignments, we adopt fumigated wooden packaging and weatherproof wrapping to withstand long-distance shipping and climatic variations.
